Bryan P. Keilty Counsel
Bryan practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, estate settlement and business succession planning. His experience and practice also extends to disability planning, Medicaid planning and elder law. Bryan listens carefully to clients and, with them, develops customized strategies to ensure their assets - and their values - are protected throughout life and beyond. Bryan's guidance helps clients ensure that all they've worked for is preserved and passed to the next generation, that their assets and wealth are protected from long-term care costs, and that their state and federal tax burdens are minimized. Bryan also has experience helping individuals and families get through or resolve difficult situations. Whether working through the probate process after the passing of a loved one, developing plans to ensure a child with special needs is protected and public benefits are preserved, or working with clients who have concerns about beneficiaries who may have spendthrift tendencies, substance abuse problems or creditor issues, Bryan provides steady and experienced guidance to clients.Bryan lives in New Hartford with his wife, Andrea, two sons and a family dog. Outside the office, Bryan enjoys many outdoor activities including biking, hiking, skiing and fly fishing, as well as playing and listening to music.
